yyyep...so, sitting home and doing nothing is fucking awesome.. NOT.
i hate not doing something; i feel like such a waste if im not busy doing something. i have been working with some people in getting a band started. we've got some songs and stuff.. its pretty cool. we dont have a bassist or a vocalist yet though.. but last night scott and i had an acoustic set at the creative arts center. it was a pretty good show, except for the fact that on our last song, i am bridging 8 strings with one finger for 3/4 of the whole song(12 string guitar) and my hand cramped up and i could not move it for the life of me.. so i stopped and was like "ok, my hand wont do it anymore.. sorry" but people still seemed to enjoy listening, so it wasnt a total train wreck. i hope we can recruit a singer and a bass player soon so we can get started and get some shows scheduled and start recording an EP
